Care Instructions

Assembly & Installation
- Select a level surface and ensure a suitable heavy-duty base is in place (sold separately).
- Insert the parasol stem into the compatible base and secure all fixing bolts.
- Use the handle or crank system to open the canopy slowly until fully expanded.
- Adjust tilt and rotation to achieve desired shade positioning.
- Confirm all locking mechanisms are engaged before use.
Delivery
Items listed as ‘in stock’ are processed as soon as the order is placed, and in most cases our suppliers fulfill the shipment directly to your door. These items will usually be dispatched within 2-4 working days of placing the order. Shipping can range between 5-10 working days.
Small items
For small items that can be delivered with DPD you will receive an email with delivery date and time. You can change the date of delivery via your DPD tracking number.
Larger items
For palletised items we will either contact you directly to arrange the best delivery slot for you, or we will pass your number to our courier to arrange with you directly.

Returns
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
