Assembly & Installation
- Select a solid, level surface or prepared fixing point for your installation.
- If using a weighted base (sold separately), ensure it meets the weight recommendation for this size.
- Secure the parasol pole into the base or ground fixing and tighten all bolts.
- Use the winding handle and telescopic mast to open the canopy smoothly until it is fully deployed.
- Check that all lock points and fixings are secure before use.
Care Instructions
- Regularly remove surface dust and debris with a soft brush or cloth.
- Clean the canopy with mild soap and lukewarm water; avoid harsh detergents.

Delivery
Items listed as ‘in stock’ are processed as soon as the order is placed, and in most cases our suppliers fulfill the shipment directly to your door. These items will usually be dispatched within 2-4 working days of placing the order. Shipping can range between 5-10 working days.
Small items
For small items that can be delivered with DPD you will receive an email with delivery date and time. You can change the date of delivery via your DPD tracking number.
Larger items
For palletised items we will either contact you directly to arrange the best delivery slot for you, or we will pass your number to our courier to arrange with you directly.

Returns
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
