Assembly & Installation
- Position the parasol on a level, stable surface.
- Insert the parasol pole into a compatible heavy-duty base (sold separately).
- Open the canopy using the manual lift mechanism until fully deployed.
- Check that all fixings and locking mechanisms are secure before use.
Care Instructions
- Remove surface dust and debris with a soft brush or cloth.
- Clean the canopy with mild soap and lukewarm water when necessary.
- Allow the fabric to dry completely before closing or storing.
- Retract or secure the parasol during strong winds or heavy rain.
- Store indoors or use a protective cover when not in use for extended periods.
Delivery
Items listed as ‘in stock’ are processed as soon as the order is placed, and in most cases our suppliers fulfill the shipment directly to your door. These items will usually be dispatched within 2-4 working days of placing the order. Shipping can range between 5-10 working days.
Small items
For small items that can be delivered with DPD you will receive an email with delivery date and time. You can change the date of delivery via your DPD tracking number.
Larger items
For palletised items we will either contact you directly to arrange the best delivery slot for you, or we will pass your number to our courier to arrange with you directly.

We include free shipping on all items, even if its eligble for next day dispatch!
Returns
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
