Assembly & Installation
- Choose a firm and level surface for placing your parasol.
- Fit the parasol pole securely into a compatible heavy-duty base (sold separately).
- Open the canopy using the manual lift mechanism until fully expanded.
- Ensure all fixing points and locking mechanisms are engaged before use.

- Clean the canopy regularly using a soft brush or cloth to remove dust and debris.
- Spot clean with mild soap and water; avoid harsh chemical cleaners.

Delivery
Items listed as ‘in stock’ are processed as soon as the order is placed, and in most cases our suppliers fulfill the shipment directly to your door. These items will usually be dispatched within 2-4 working days of placing the order. Shipping can range between 5-10 working days.
Small items
For small items that can be delivered with DPD you will receive an email with delivery date and time. You can change the date of delivery via your DPD tracking number.
Larger items
For palletised items we will either contact you directly to arrange the best delivery slot for you, or we will pass your number to our courier to arrange with you directly.

Returns
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
