Assembly Instructions
- Select and secure your preferred base option before inserting the parasol pole
- Slot the aluminium pole firmly into the base socket, ensuring it sits straight and stable
- Attach the canopy panels to the frame ribs using the secure screw-in canopy system
- Thread the rope through the pulley mechanism as per the included guide
- Test the opening and closing action slowly to ensure smooth operation before use
- For in-ground or concrete installations, professional fitting is recommended
Care Instructions
- Regularly brush off loose dirt, leaves, and debris from the canopy with a soft brush
- Clean the canopy using mild soapy water and a soft cloth; rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry fully before closing
- Never store the parasol when the canopy is damp, as this may promote mildew growth
- For stubborn stains, use a diluted fabric-safe cleaning solution — always test on a small hidden area first
- Wipe down the aluminium frame with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly to prevent surface build-up
- Inspect the rope and pulley system periodically; replace if signs of fraying or wear are visible
- Check and tighten all stainless steel fixings at the start and end of each season
- Close and secure the parasol during strong winds or when not in use for extended periods
- For off-season storage, use a protective parasol bag to shield from dust and moisture
- Store vertically in a dry, sheltered location during winter months

Delivery
Items listed as ‘in stock’ are processed as soon as the order is placed, and in most cases our suppliers fulfill the shipment directly to your door. These items will usually be dispatched within 2-4 working days of placing the order. Shipping can range between 5-10 working days.
Small items
For small items that can be delivered with DPD you will receive an email with delivery date and time. You can change the date of delivery via your DPD tracking number.
Larger items
For palletised items we will either contact you directly to arrange the best delivery slot for you, or we will pass your number to our courier to arrange with you directly.
Free Delivery
We include free shipping on all items, even if its eligble for next day dispatch!
Returns
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
