Keep Safe Parcel Store
The Keep Safe Parcel Store is designed with security in mind to meet the increasing demand for home deliveries. When a parcel is delivered, the courier simply lifts the easy-lift lid and places the parcel on the hinged platform. Once the lid is closed, the parcel drops into the secure space at the base of the store, out of sight and ready for collection. For added security, parcels remain irretrievable when the lid is next lifted, ensuring your packages are safe from theft. When you’re ready to collect your parcels, you can access them through a secure side door.

The pressure-treated timber ensures a durable and long-lasting product that comes with a 10-year guarantee against rot. Delivery
Items listed as ‘in stock’ are processed as soon as the order is placed, and in most cases our suppliers fulfill the shipment directly to your door. These items will usually be dispatched within 2-4 working days of placing the order. Shipping can range between 5-10 working days.
Small items
For small items that can be delivered with DPD you will receive an email with delivery date and time. You can change the date of delivery via your DPD tracking number.
Larger items
For palletised items we will either contact you directly to arrange the best delivery slot for you, or we will pass your number to our courier to arrange with you directly.
Free Delivery
We include free shipping on all items, even if its eligble for next day dispatch!
Returns
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
