- Ensure your parasol canopy is completely dry before covering
- Close the parasol fully to its most compact position
- Unzip the cover bag completely for easy access
- Using the aluminium poles provided, guide the cover over the parasol from top to bottom
- Adjust the cover to ensure complete coverage of the canopy and frame
- Secure the zipper closure completely to create a weatherproof seal
Care & Maintenance:
- Regular Cleaning: Remove loose dirt and debris with a soft brush or cloth
- Spot Cleaning: Use mild soap and lukewarm water for stains; rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry

Delivery
Items listed as ‘in stock’ are processed as soon as the order is placed, and in most cases our suppliers fulfill the shipment directly to your door. These items will usually be dispatched within 2-4 working days of placing the order. Shipping can range between 5-10 working days.
Small items
For small items that can be delivered with DPD you will receive an email with delivery date and time. You can change the date of delivery via your DPD tracking number.
Larger items
For palletised items we will either contact you directly to arrange the best delivery slot for you, or we will pass your number to our courier to arrange with you directly.

We include free shipping on all items, even if its eligble for next day dispatch!
Returns
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
