No need to manually remove rainwater. A clever drainage system channels water through the pergola’s frame and down through the legs, keeping your space dry and comfortable. Any rainwater that lands on the louvres flows into U-shaped channels within the pergola’s horizontal framework, then into the hollow pergola legs and vertically down to the ground.
This pergola requires assembly and we recommend that 2-3 people are required to safely lift the components and assemble the pergola. We estimate that this will take approximately 2 hours to assemble. There are expansion bolts supplied in order to attach the pergola to the ground and we recommend mounting the pergola on a flat solid and hard surface, such as concrete bases.

Delivery
Items listed as ‘in stock’ are processed as soon as the order is placed, and in most cases our suppliers fulfill the shipment directly to your door. These items will usually be dispatched within 2-4 working days of placing the order. Shipping can range between 5-10 working days.
Small items
For small items that can be delivered with DPD you will receive an email with delivery date and time. You can change the date of delivery via your DPD tracking number.
Larger items
For palletised items we will either contact you directly to arrange the best delivery slot for you, or we will pass your number to our courier to arrange with you directly.

Returns
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
