At the core of every cover is Hexgrid anti-rip technology, inspired by the hexagonal patterns found in beehives and renowned for their strength and durability. This natural design is enhanced with a TPU membrane, offering superior elasticity, durability, and temperature resistance, while being manufactured through a cleaner process than standard polyester. Each cover is double-stitched and heat-welded at the seams for maximum waterproofing and long-term reliability.

Constructed from triple-layer waterproof fabric, Protex covers shield your parasol from dirt, rain, and snow, helping to maintain its condition for years to come. With a 3000mm waterproof rating — far superior to the 1000mm–2000mm typically found on standard covers — your furniture stays dry and protected whether it's a light drizzle or a heavy downpour.

A great cover needs to stay in place as well as keep the elements out. Built-in fastening straps and buckles secure the cover firmly to your furniture, preventing it from being lifted by strong winds. Side belts allow for a tighter fit, reducing sagging and improving overall coverage, while air vents enhance airflow to reduce condensation build-up and prevent mould and mildew.

For best results, clear away any pooled water after heavy rain to prevent excessive weight on the cover. Although Protex covers are breathable, we recommend removing the cover occasionally during extended periods of use to allow cushions and surfaces to air out. Always ensure your furniture is completely dry before covering to maintain its condition.
